Go back more than 3.5 billion years to sample the secrets of a green-blue superfood called spirulina.
In this 2h30 workshop, you will be completely immersed in an urban farm in the 18th district of Paris, Algorapolis. You will start with the history of spirulina and its characteristics, and after a tasting, you will enjoy an introduction to cooking with Colin in order to associate spirulina with all flavors.
On the menu: creation of spirulina pearls, original recipes (sweet or savory) and finally graphic and colorful dressings where you can express your artistic talent!
